Singapore Airlines who have always ranked among the Top 5 Air Carriers for the past 20 years has been struggling with Technology Lately.

Their new website launched around eight weeks ago has been causing headaches for visitors.

Singapore Airlines Customer Support heard frequent and persistent complaints about improper functionalities, difficulty in redeeming loyalty points, changing schedules, inability to complete a booking online and various quality issues.

Although Singapore Airlines CEO had apologized for these hiccups yet many customers are wondering why it took whole eight weeks for a response in spite of grave complaints.

Lots of voices are calling for the ouster of Mr. Goh, Singapore Airlines CEO.

It is worth mentioning that Singapore Airlines Fans page had a lot of dislikes/unlikes lately. Unhappy customers would like to see some form of compensation as the apology is not enough as they see it.
